55PGA: Announcements:

This facility allows members (only) to inform the 55PGA general membership of details with respect to deaths, funeral arrangements, or other items etc. only of their immediate family. 
The notice to be sent out MUST be approved by the family before being sent to 55PGA.
After being reviewed, these notices will be sent via E mail to all the registered members of 55PGA.

To make use of this service please do the following.

  1. Have the details of the deceased, obituary, and funeral and visitation arrangements etc. at hand.
  2. Include a photograph if available. Preferably a photo in JPEG format.
  3. Ensure you have the permission of the family or next of kin to publish the notice.
  4. If it’s published in a Newspaper, include that reference.
  5. If possible, an E- mail address or postal address where members can send condolence messages.
  6. Any other pertinent or relative information e.g. Places to contribute in lieu of flowers, etc.
  7. A contact telephone number to clarify and confirm details etc.

A message will be composed with the information received and all current members of 55PGA will be sent a copy via E- Mail.

OBITUARY -CLARA IRIS RUBY LOBO
Dear Members.
55 PLUS Goan Association regrets to announce the death of Clara Iris Lobo
mother-in-law of our member Rita Lobo and mother of the late Arthur Lobo.
Passed away peacefully surrounded by family on January 18th, 2013.
 
Loving wife of the late Damiao Francisco "Michael" Lobo.
Cherished mother of the late Arthur (Rita) Lobo, Merle (Terry)Francis,
 Frieda (Trevor) Pereira, Tyrone (Marsha) Lobo and Christopher (Amy)Lobo.
 
Proud Grandmother of Charlaine, Lisa, Ryan (Jodi), Jeff (Jenn), Ian (Nicole), Colin, Wesley (Teresa), Warren (Patricia), Danielle, Nicholas, and Andrew.
And Great-grandmother of Reed, Jace, and Keira.
Loving sister of Mike, Elvira, Freddy, Regina, Felix, Evelyn, Barbara, Patricia, Eric, Donny, Edwin, Iris and Maggie.
Missed by her many nieces, nephews, extended family and friends around the world.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Clara's memory to the Heart and Stroke Foundation of Canada.
